2. Products
All items are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance, colour, size, or natural markings from photographs shown on the website.
Many pieces incorporate natural materials such as bone, antler, wood, feathers, hides, or other ethically sourced animal materials. Variations are a natural part of the materials and are not considered defects.
I make every effort to represent products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary between screens and devices.

Products are offered as handcrafted ritual, artistic, cultural, and spiritual tools.
No product sold through this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Any descriptions relating to spiritual practice, ritual use, energy work, animism, shamanism, personal transformation, or spiritual development reflect personal beliefs, traditions, and experiences and should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.
The products are not toys and should be kept away from young children & pets. Use of these should be under adult supervision.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where:
A product is unavailable
An error has occurred in pricing or description
Fraudulent activity is suspected
If the products and services would be used inappropriately or ordered by someone who is known to be questionable morally or ethically
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued. For custom orders, deposit refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
While every effort is made to ensure orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within the stated timeframes, Of Soil & Spirits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from delays in delivery, loss in transit, or damage occurring during shipment.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. I do not store payment card information.
7. Shipping and Delivery
I will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website.
Despatch & delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, weather events, strikes, or circumstances beyond my control.
Risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase, or to any person nominated by you to receive the goods. Once delivery has taken place, you are responsible for the care, storage, handling, and use of the goods.
8. International Orders
I welcome orders from customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and other destinations where shipping is available.
Prices of international orders will be set to the latest exchange rate. This is done by an external payment processor.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their country and for paying any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Many products are created using ethically sourced natural materials, including animal-derived materials. Customers are responsible for ensuring that such items comply with any import restrictions, customs regulations, or wildlife laws applicable in their country or region.
I cannot accept responsibility for delays, seizures, restrictions, or additional costs arising from customs procedures or import regulations.
9. Commissioned Work
Commissioned pieces are created specifically for the individual client and often involve significant time, preparation, and material costs.
A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. Details of the commission, including estimated completion times and payment schedules, will be agreed in writing before work commences.
Completion dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.
As commissioned items are made to a customer's specifications, they are generally exempt from cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless faulty or not as described.
